Jolene aka Cafe Au Lait Mini
This is one of the best flowers we grow. Unlike Cafe Au Lait, these blooms are about 5” across and not too big for easy arrangements. It is often called “Cafe Au Lait Mini.” We find Jolene’s flowers to be less floppy on the stems than Cafe and it is a prolific brancher producing endless antique-cream flowers. The plant is 5’ tall and very upright. After growing this dahlia we have had serious thoughts about ditching the bigger Cafe Au Lait dahlias.
