Connecticut Coral
A coral-colored beauty, and holy tubers! Our love for Connecticut Dancer inspired us to grow Connecticut Coral, hoping for the same great habits of Connecticut Dancer. Turns out both ‘Connecticuts’ are equally impressive. As far as we know, this is the second of three ‘Connecticut’ prefix dahlias bred by Charlie Jones around the 1970 and the third, ‘Connecticut Charlie’ is no longer on the market. It speaks for itself that Connecticut Coral has been around for 50+ years. Grow this dahlia for strong, tall and long-lasting stems. The plant blooms early and consistently with amazing tuber production. This dahlia is a great choice for a novice and the fluffy 5” coral flowers will make any garden brighter.
